The founding partners of NorthPac Forestry Group Ltd. have experience performing contracts for BC Hydro, including two large sections of the Northwest Transmission Line (NTL). The scope of work performed on over 80km of the NTL included forest engineering, road and bridge construction, timber clearing, waste disposal, log sales, environmental management and first aid. NorthPac Forestry Group Ltd. has the capacity and necessary experience to qualify for projects with large companies in the oil and gas space. For example, we managed timber clearing and waste disposal scope of work on the Shell-led LNG Canada project located in Kitimat. In keeping with project budgets, timelines, and resources, we capably manage project requirements and specifications through methodologies such as work breakdown structure, process engineering and re-engineering. Strong facilitation of these activities allows us to produce accurate logic diagrams, Gantt charts, s-curves and execution plans. Because of these practices, we are seamlessly able to track progress, team-build and generate project success.
