Haisla Resources Forest Stewardship Plan #3 for operations in the Coast Mountains Natural Resource District
Haisla Resources LP is preparing a replacement Forest Stewardship Plan (FSP) for its forest tenures within the Coast Mountains Natural Resource District (CMNRD). Preparation of the FSP has been contracted by Haisla Resources. The plan was initially drafted by Westland Resource Limited and subsequently transferred to Authentic Resource Solutions for final peer review, refinement, and submission to government.
The Forest Stewardship Plan (FSP) will continue to apply within a broad operating area defined as a Forest Development Unit (FDU). This replacement FSP has been updated to reflect current research, guidance, and accepted professional practices. The replacement does not introduce any substantive amendments or changes to plan content. The existing FSP was originally approved on April 12, 2022, and was most recently amended (Amendment No. 5) on October 18, 2024.
